Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of press machines, moulds, grinders, and plant equipment.
Inspect machines daily and fix issues to avoid stoppage.
Assemble, disassemble, clean, and repair moulds.
Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and minor electrical problems.
Maintain maintenance records and report repeated failures.
Coordinate with production for planned servicing.
Follow safety rules and maintenance procedures.
Support installation of new machines and tools.

Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Basic computer knowledge for reports.
Preferred
Experience in precision manufacturing industry.
Knowledge of TPM or preventive maintenance systems.
