Accounts Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries and maintain books of accounts.
- Process vendor invoices, payment entries, and customer receipts.
- Perform bank reconciliation and account reconciliation regularly.
- Prepare and maintain purchase, sales, and expense records.
- Support monthly closing and MIS reporting activities.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance documentation and filing.
- Maintain employee reimbursement and petty cash records.
- Coordinate with auditors and support audit documentation.
- Track outstanding receivables and follow up for collections when required.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial records and supporting documents.
- Support payroll input coordination and accounting entries.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter (preferred)
- Experience: 2–5 years in Accounts / Finance
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, invoicing, and accounting processes
- Experience in Tally / ERP / MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
