Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day accounting entries and maintain books of accounts.
  • Process vendor invoices, payment entries, and customer receipts.
  • Perform bank reconciliation and account reconciliation regularly.
  • Prepare and maintain purchase, sales, and expense records.
  • Support monthly closing and MIS reporting activities.
  • Assist in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance documentation and filing.
  • Maintain employee reimbursement and petty cash records.
  • Coordinate with auditors and support audit documentation.
  • Track outstanding receivables and follow up for collections when required.
  • Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial records and supporting documents.
  • Support payroll input coordination and accounting entries.
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Reports To: Accounts Manager / Finance Head

Qualifications

  • B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter (preferred)
  • Experience: 2–5 years in Accounts / Finance
  • Good knowledge of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, invoicing, and accounting processes
  • Experience in Tally / ERP / MS Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
